今天，要做新系統。老闆(昨天大概講了一遍)因為要出去，叫我負責跟進客戶要求的(年輕女)同事和「老」同事討論。我看完客戶(工業電子)產品冊後，我問那女某個管理系統的「User Requirement」是什麼，她什麼都不知道。於是我又找那個「老」同事，為了避免那「老」同事吵，問他一貫的(簡單)設計；後然我發現並說出那系統某部份可以很複雜(超過他所說的)，一定要清楚「User Requirement」；他又不爽，那女的又說不出來。最後，我就按著他的簡單設計起稿，等老闆回來決定。
下午，老闆回來，我向他說出有「陷阱」(複雜)的地方後，他叫我進房間。說要炒我，而評論大概是，我工作能力沒問題，但跟同事溝通有問題；說我不用想或說得太複雜，同事會不明白；又可能我在大公司做那些系統複雜，習慣了想「太多」。嘿！詭異的是，我之前被大公司的上司炒也是說類似的理由。沒能力解讀人家的話，就推責任在別人的溝通能力上。
雖然他跟了我說「不好意思」，但這只是「自我補償」罪惡的自然反應而已。他問我還有什麼話要說，我說「沒」。
唉！我是被挑戰那個，難道那些「白痴」輸了，是我的錯嗎?！實力不足就別亂挑戰別人，挑輸了就要服。這種爛的被「炒」理由，維持好幾年，還不是已很足夠證明這是個「低智商社會」嗎? 不好意思！我已經很「潛龍勿用」了，沒必要也沒辦法降低上帝給的能力！
