What do you see as the greatest evil in Hong Kong at the present time?
Firstly, I would like to make a own definition of evil. Evil is a opposite existing to some other existing(s) and it causes damage or loss to the others. As responsible to the question, the greatest evil should be the one who makes some individual(s) suffering from the greatest damage / loss. Strictly, in long term, the greatest evil is scored by aggregation of causing loss with certain criteria in a given period.
In macro-view of local Hong Kong, I personally think some government workers and the big capitalists do not make good policies or actions enough to improve the sustainable economic and the cultural growths of the Hong Kong. For example, the government failed to boost up and contrarily worsen the innovation industry which is critical potential for Hong Kong to compete with other regions because there is no advantage in the primary and the secondary industries. Therefore, I felt, that the big property holders often co-operated together to suppress the land price in bidding, after reading news. But the holders will sell or rent the properties out at much high price to the small capitalist. By reading books, inferring the events of society and comparing with similar country, I believe that the big capitalists do many things, like fake transactions and the exaggerated quality or demand indexes, to make the property price higher with invisible hands. Although price making is regarded as rational in view of the freedom economics, the repeating of rising property price will drive the rising of good price and then worse-off the whole economy finally when the “bubble” exploded. In the period between rising prices and the “bubble” explosion, the tension of living will increase and that is possible to increase the number of the losers / victims who psychologically collapsed or distorted to try illegal business, or try dangerous way to release pressure etc..

In micro-view, I think that the greatest evil who maliciously damage other's life / economy, or commit crime.
However, I cannot objectively define them as the greatest evils because I have no evidence to prove it. Also, I understand that everyone has one's stance. If I were atheism, no matter what one was, one just stood on a side and tried to maximize self-benefit. Do you believe that the evil also see the angel as evil
